Retouch Photos

I need a photo to use as a bio picture for a conference and a book. This is very short turnaround because I need to submit by the end of day Monday. I don't have time to take a professional photo but had some outdoor photos taken today.I need one of these edited to look like a professional photo. This would include cropping, removing the background, retouching and color balance. Your artistic eye would be very helpful. My field is musicians and music producers so I am not looking for business like but rather cool - even though I am not that cool in reality!

I need to add that I need black and white. It might be good to have both color and black and white but b&w is needed for the immediate projects.
