Small Helium Tank

  Need very pure helium to fill balloons. I know that many places that *claim* to fill balloons with helium actually use gas that is contaminated with hydrogen (as this is a cheaper gas)
This has led to balloons bursting into flames and accidents that I have seen myself. I want to fill the balloons myself and need a really reliable place to get my own cylinders.
Does anyone know of a place?
PS: Party stores don't carry tanks and just tell you to get it filled from the local balloon guy.
