The conference venue is located in a medieval
town in the middle of Germany nearby Göttingen with its well-recognized
University. It is a lovely region which brought out and hosted a whole
series of famous persons. Some castles in the vicinity and three Gothic
churches inside the town create a nice framework for an interesting
conference.
We are happy to announce two keynote lectures
given by outstanding scientists. Prof. Kremer is well recognized for
his contribution to broad bandwidth impedance spectroscopy while Prof.
Benndorf works on molecular control of proteins, especially the
switching behavior of ionic channels.
